Short Bio:

Enkelejda Dikolli (Velo) obtained her PhD in Medical Entomology in 2005. Actually, she is the head of Vector Control Unit, Department of Epidemiology and Control of Infectious Diseases, IPH, Tirana. She has 18 years experience in vector borne and zoonotic diseases with the main focus on surveillance and control of mosquitoes, sand flies and ticks. She was part of European Networks as VBORNET, VectorNet, EurNegVec and Mosquitoes Working Group in the FP7 EDENext project.  From 2014 responsible for establishment and implementation of mosquitoes control program in Tirane and coastal area in Albania.
